Leading from wholeness isn’t about being perfect, it’s about knowing and integrating the different parts of ourselves and showing up in a way that is not projecting our unintegrated parts onto the people in our orbit. We’ll explore how including all aspects of yourself somatically can bring more wholeness and aliveness to how you live and lead. As alignment between our inner experience and outward behaviour and presence increases, a calm confidence emerges - one that is rooted in coherence and humanness rather than certainty, force, projection or performance.

Non-Linear Movement Method® 90 min Embodiment Workshop

As we embrace the season of Autumn in the northern hemisphere this special workshop we will be exploring what needs to be released and what transformations you want to call in with the change of the season through embodied exploration with the Non-Linear movement method and guided journaling.

We welcome back Natalie to Embody in Discovery Bay to present a unique and powerful workshop for you. The non-linear movement method is a somatic modality that can be used to soothe out the nervous system, process and identify emotions and thought loops, relieve tension and stress, unite mind and body and connect with your innate vitality.

NLMM® is a guided movement practice on a mat. Participants dress similar to a Yoga or Dance Class, in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.

The method can be practiced at any age, fitness level, and mobility. The movements are designed to be self-regulating and can be done in any position, including lying down.
