As coaches, it is clear that the depth and breadth of our work require us to be grounded in ourselves and in practices that soothe and regulate our nervous system so that we have the capacity to support the depth and complexity that our clients are navigating.
I am offering a monthly online live Non-Linear Movement Method® Practice session specifically for coaches, therapists, and people practitioners supporting others.
The session is 1 hour: 40 minutes of Non-Linear Movement practice (gently guided) and 10 minutes of check-in/check-out.
I usually practice NLMM® at the end of my day, at the start of a day, or sometimes between coaching sessions, and it helps me process, release, and integrate. It is a complement to your regular coaching supervision, this being a body-based practice focused on tending to your nervous system.
*This is an online class hosted via Zoom. The time shown is HKT.
For the session you will need:
Yoga mat and/or blanket
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
A quiet private area where you can practice undisturbed
Able to access Zoom
Ability to hear audio (*connecting to a Bluetooth speaker for better sound quality is recommended)
Pen/pencil and notepad (optional)
