Meet Natalie
Spending over a decade developing leaders, teams and individuals at BlackRock in London, Hong Kong and across Asia Pacific, taught me how to work at the leading edge of innovative leadership development and build a principles and performance-driven culture with some of the world’s smartest and ambitious people.
Having made the decision to leave the traditional corporate path, devote myself to a rich and in-depth development journey, and build my own coaching practice, at the heart of my work with leaders, individuals, teams and fellow coaches is formational development, embodied self and relational awareness that transforms into real-world action.
I bring an interdisciplinary and human-centred approach to coaching; combining leadership, team development and self-management practices that focus on performance and productivity with emergent, systemic, and post-conventional meaning-making approaches that enhance self-awareness and developmental agility, strengthen emotional intelligence, and expand the capacity to think and feel in more complex, creative and adaptive ways.
I support my clients to navigate significant leadership and life transitions and build new skills, and new ways of being.
I was born in Weston-Super-Mare, a seaside town in the West Country, UK. My work, and my ambition, took me from Bristol to London in the early 2000s and then to Hong Kong where I’ve lived and worked since 2012.
I’m an avid student of the human and social psyche, an insatiable reader, dance Gaga and 5 Rhythms as often as I can, love music, travelling, mooching around art galleries, hiking, swimming, adventure, food, my mini dachshund, Quincy, good friends and good laughter. I practice strength training, NLMM® and Cha Dao and appreciate sharing tea and gathering with other tea lovers, especially in nature.
I am accredited in Organisational Coaching, Team Coaching, Systemic Coaching & Constellations, Non-Linear Movement Method®, Hogan, MBTI®, & an Authorised Harthill Leadership Development Profile (LDP) Practitioner. I’m also a certified Yoga & Ayurveda practitioner, Vipassana meditator, studied embodiment and emotions in depth, and I am currently studying a BSc in Psychology.
