For experienced coaches and senior leaders, this transformative and practical programme from the team at Harthill, the home of the Leadership Development Framework (LDF), will help you significantly expand the potential of your individual and team coaching practice.
What is Integrative Coaching?
Integrative Coaching is a whole-person, whole-context approach to human development. It draws on a range of psychological, developmental, and relational perspectives, including insights from vertical development theory.
This work is rooted in the understanding that real transformation happens when we attend not only to goals or performance, but to meaning, identity, and context.
Integrative Coaching supports clients to grow not just in what they do, but in how they make sense of the world, expanding capacity, deepening self-awareness, and enabling wiser action in the midst of complexity. It invites clients to show up more fully, lead more consciously, and live in deeper alignment with those around them.
What you will discover:
Insights into who you are as a coach and how you might further author your own personal coaching stance
How to develop the quality of awareness that you bring into the coaching space with your clients
New perspectives on traditional coaching basics and how to put into your practice
The art of bringing the Leadership Development Framework to your clients to expand the depth and quality of your coaching
