A regenerative class incorporating Non-Linear Movement Method® supports your mind and body to navigate the busyness of your everyday life and to develop your embodied sense of self.
The NLMM® 60 min Practice Sessions are gently guided, usually to music, and designed to give you space to breathe, process and move how your body wants to move.
Connecting you with what’s important through your mind, body and heart, the Non-Linear Movement Method® supports you in smoothing out the nervous system, processing emotional patterns and thought loops, releasing tension and unlocking stuck energy, generating fresh perspectives and new space within your mind and body.
This class is open to all and can be especially beneficial for coaches, therapists, people professionals, managers and leaders whose work supporting others requires us to be grounded and able to regulate our nervous system to have the capacity to support the depth and complexity that our clients and teams are navigating.

For the session you will need:
Yoga mat and/or blanket
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
A quiet private area where you can practice undisturbed
Able to access Zoom
Ability to hear audio (*connecting to a Bluetooth speaker for better sound quality is recommended)
Pen/pencil and notepad (optional)
