Day 68

One (of the many) things I’m learning with this 100 day project is it’s not just the practice of NLMM itself. It’s the practice of practice. Of feeling lazy or tired and doing it anyway. Of questioning my mind questioning the point of making the time. Of remembering again and again how soothed, released, settled, integrated, uplifted I feel afterwards.

Tonight was a discovery of the pleasure of stretching out the tops of my feet, back of the neck, taking the deepest breaths I’ve taken all day.
