All breath. Had a very busy, stressful day and I can feel my breath has been shallow, up in my chest and throat.

Doing.

Long inhales through the nose, audible exhales.

Long slow cat/cows, longer cats, stretching skin and muscle across the spine. Wrist rolls, hip bumps.

Quiet mind.
