Day 52 & 53
I call these ‘maintenance’ moves. Not really proper practice but some NLMM between tasks or transitioning from one period in the day to another (finishing work, going to sleep).. Day 52 - non-linear on the sofa before a Netflix (no tracks). Day 53 - NLMM at the end of a 5 Rhythms practice (Inspirit by Julianna Barwick).
