Definitely feeling resistance to narrate, just want to feel.
When I get onto the mat there’s a thought, and a feeling, of ‘right, let’s get this done quickly.’
That fades as mind is occupied with tracking sensations.
Movement turns into a bit of a dance, arms, fingers, shoulders, waist, belly, heart. I feel a joy for just being in my body, with my body.
