A rush of pleasant sensations to be moving my body in a way that is just for me, not for any outcome but to witness, experience, nourish.
There’s a pinching in my upper back/neck. Aching legs, shoulders that feel like they haven’t been stretched out in weeks.
A mild headache, thoughts running fast, planning, organising.
Resting the body, held by the ground, one hand on the belly, one hand on the solar plexus.
