Awaken and play with the subtlety of sensation, feel and process present emotions, smooth your nervous system, access your body wisdom. The monthly MWM sessions are a 1-hour somatic practice to connect to your body, your inner energy, joy and passion through movement. With an awesome playlist.
You will need:
Yoga mat and/or blanket
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
Able to access Zoom
Ability to hear audio
A quiet private area where you can practice undisturbed
