This workshop series offers an intimate, embodied exploration of how we lead, relate, and work from the inside out. Designed for professionals and coaches, the workshops invite participants to slow down and listen to the intelligence of the body. Through guided movement, reflection, and shared inquiry, the Beyond the Doing workshops are designed to connect into a developmental space that is different, supporting you to grow your calm confidence, authentic expression, and the ability to navigate complexity with greater presence and coherence.

2-hour session (Max 6 spaces per group) blends:

• Guided Non-Linear Movement Method® Practice: Connecting with your body’s intelligence and your interoception

• Self-Reflection Prompts: Explore the deeper questions and uncover new insights

• Group Inquiry: Explore your challenges and growth in a supportive, contained setting

Deepening into the Heart

Connecting to what you are dedicated to and leading from that place.

This workshop invites you to deepen your capacity to stay present with emotional nuance without needing to fix or resolve it. Through embodied exploration, you’ll clarify what you are dedicated to and how that dedication lives in your body, your relationships, and your work. We explore how your care is expressed, supporting leadership and connection that arise from what genuinely matters to you.

You will need:

• Yoga mat and/or blanket

• Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing you can move in

• A quiet private area where you can practice undisturbed

• Able to access Zoom

• Ability to hear audio (*connecting to a Bluetooth speaker for better sound quality is recommended)

• Notepad/journal and pen
