Development is not linear: the rhythms of coaching
As a developmental coach and NLMM® practitioner, I’m curious about the rhythms of development, relationships, and learning. Drawing on Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms, I see coaching as a series of waves rather than linear stages. These rhythms show up not only in movement and relationships, but in teams and the coaching journey itself - each wave offering its own learning, challenge, and invitation.
