I notice how much of a jolt it is to interrupt my stream of thought and get onto the mat to move in the middle of the day. The jolt is the change of direction in my awareness to sensation and how I am being, from how and what I’m thinking.
Relax the jaw. Busy thoughts pull me back up to my forehead and skull.
Tight right hip.
Track sensations.
With my hands on the mat, I think about how much we rely on touch to feel.
