Day 5

I move with pain today. Throbbing pain in my lower abdomen, hips and lower back.

Forearms on the floor and blanket draped over my back.
I think about not fighting the pain, trying to get rid of it or moving to find relief, I move as pain instead. Slow, soft, gentle movements. I stay close to the ground. Feel part of the ground.

The relief comes from moving with the pain, going inwards and travelling with it as soft as I can.

Dreamy visuals in rest; trees, mountain views out of tinted windows, muffled conversations playing out I can’t quite hear.
An involuntary twinge in both legs that travelled down from my hips.
