Day 89

Short morning inner landscape exploration. It feels loving to move in this way, reminded how essential it is to move non-linear as I do more rigorous activity like running and weights.

To allow my body to move me, to be soft and make space for mystery, along with pushing edges and exertion.

I remember a dream I had.

Rest is soft and follow a desire to stretch out my lower back.
