Day 84

Tightness stretched down each side of my neck. Breaths into my chest and heart. Heaviness from unexpected sad news today. Creating more space in the belly, feeling up gripping I didn’t know was there. 

Space between the toes, cat cows. Heart beats yearning for a longer practice.
