A regenerative class incorporating Non-Linear Movement Method® and meditative practice, this session supports your mind and body in navigating the busyness of your everyday life and your personal development.
The Movement, Mind & Epiphanies 60 min sessions are gently guided, usually to music, and designed to give you space to breathe, think and move. Connecting with what’s important to you through mind and body, the Non-Linear Movement Method® supports you to smooth out the nervous system, process emotional patterns, release tension and unlock stuck energy, generating fresh perspectives and new space within the mind and body.

You will need:
Yoga mat and/or blanket
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
A quiet private area where you can practice undisturbed
Able to access Zoom
Ability to hear audio (*connecting to a Bluetooth speaker for better sound quality is recommended)
Pen/pencil and notepad (optional)
