Beyond the Doing | Workshop Series

A chance to step outside the grind and into a space of curiosity, depth, and possibility.

A group workshop space that incorporates somatic exploration, group coaching and prompted self-reflection. This series of three workshops in a small group setting are for driven, high-achievers who feel the call for deeper work but not ready to engage in 1:1 coaching. 

Each 2-hour session (Max 6 spaces per group) blends:

  • Guided Non-Linear Movement Method® Practice: Because sometimes the body knows what the mind cannot yet see

  • Self-Reflection Prompts: To help you explore the deeper questions and uncover new insights

  • Group Coaching: So you can explore your challenges and growth in a supportive, contained setting

These workshops might be for you if:

  • Your usual markers of success are not feeling meaningful

  • You feel consistently distracted and unfocused

  • You’re craving more depth, clarity or purpose

  • You’re in a career or life transition (possibly experiencing some mid-life questions)

  • Feeling on the edge of burn out, depleted or always exhausted

  • Curious about a whole-person approach to growth that includes mind, body and context

Workshop 1: Depletion to Vitality (Thursday 16 October at 7.00pm - 9.00pm HKT)

A nervous system–based reset for high performers who’ve been running on adrenaline and perfectionism. Connect with your feeling of vitality, rebuild sustainable energy, and grounded presence.

Workshop 2: Ambivalence to Purposeful (Thursday 13 November at 7.00pm - 9.00pm HKT)

When the title, goals, and grind no longer feel aligned. Reconnecting you with what’s important beyond performance and exploring what meaningful success looks like now and in the future.

Workshop 3: Embracing the Liminal (Thursday 11 December at 7.00pm - 9.00pm HKT)

Navigating the "in between", where the old way no longer fits but the new hasn’t yet arrived. Building your capacity to hold uncertainty, listen inwardly, and navigate change with self-trust.

You will need:

  • Yoga mat and/or blanket

  • Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing you can move in

  • A quiet private area where you can practice undisturbed

  • Able to access Zoom

  • Ability to hear audio (*connecting to a Bluetooth speaker for better sound quality is recommended)

  • Notepad/journal and pen

$1755 HKD for all 3 workshops (or $650 HKD for 1 workshop).
