Day 47
Straight away I start with some lion’s breath and needing to shake out my head and neck. There’s a wildness today.
Long, wide, gliding movements, I want to stretch out my body, make it reach in all directions and take up the space around me.
I notice a real sense of safety in my body.
Then I lose myself in thought, an imaginary conversation and an imaginary response. All planned out in my mind. Noticing I bring myself back by changing up the movements, now they’re weird and jagged.
My body feels more still and settled than it’s felt all day. Thoughts are busy.
Feeling of love in my body as I complete my practice today.
